NOTICE OF CHANGES TO THE PRODUCT DOCUMENTATION GOVERNING:
(1) Bull Equity-Linked Investment;
(2) Bull Equity-Linked Investment with Knock-out Feature;
(3) High Yield Equity-Linked Investment;
(4) Daily Accrual Callable Equity-Linked Investment;
(5) Simple Monthly Income Lifestyle Exposure Equity-Linked Investment;
(6) Autocallable Equity-Linked Investment;
(7) Basket Autocallable Equity-Linked Investment;
(8) Bonus Enhanced Equity-Linked Investment; and
(9) Basket Bonus Enhanced Equity-Linked Investment.
((1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (6), (7), (8) and (9) are collectively known as “Equity-Linked Investments”)
Dear Valued Customers,
We wish to inform you that the product documentation governing the abovementioned Equity-Linked Investments have been revised. The revisions are made for better clarification, understanding, and greater transparency as well as to reflect the change in dispute resolution entity from Securities Industries Disputes Resolution Center (“SIDREC”) to Financial Markets Ombudsman Service (“FMOS”).
The affected product documentation are the Investment Agreement, Pricing Supplement, and Risk Disclosure Statement. The revised terms shall take effect on and be binding on you from 1 July 2026 (the “Effective Date”). Please note that no action is required on your part for these revisions to take effect. Save for the amendment outlined in the Appendix here, all existing terms and conditions of the product documentation shall remain unchanged and are in full effect.
You are advised to read and understand the changes and revisions made to the product documentation before you execute any new Equity-Linked Investment trade from the Effective Date onwards. The full set of the revised product documentation can be obtained from your Private Banker.
We wish to highlight to you that the new terms shall apply from the Effective Date for new Equity-Linked Investments issued to you.
For ease of reference, we set out the revised clauses in the table in the Appendix here. Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms herein shall bear the same meanings as ascribed to them in Investment Agreement, Pricing Supplement or Risk Disclosure Statement or Product Highlights Sheet of the Equity-Linked Investment, as the case may be.
