Datuk Nik Amlizan Mohamed possesses over 30 years of professional experience across the financial services and pension fund sectors, with extensive expertise in investment management, fund management, organisational transformation and corporate governance.

 

She most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) (KWAP), here she was responsible for the overall leadership of Malaysia's largest public sector pension fund, including its strategy, investment performance and governance oversight. Prior to this, she was Chief Executive Officer of Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera (LTAT), and previously held various senior positions at KWAP, including Chief Investment Officer. During her tenure, she oversaw investments across multiple asset classes and played a key role in building the fund's investment capabilities since its establishment.

Throughout her career, Datuk Nik Amlizan has led key organisational transformation initiatives and strengthened governance practices, while driving the long-term sustainability and performance of institutional investment portfolios.
