Ms. Tracy Chen is a senior investment banker with over 35 years of experience in the industry. She holds a Bachelor of Management from Universiti Sains Malaysia and is a Chartered Banker accredited by the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers.
Throughout her career, Ms. Tracy Chen has played a pivotal role in advising and executing numerous high-profile and innovative debt and equity transactions in the Malaysian capital market. Her journey began at Ban Hin Lee Bank and Standard Chartered Bank, where she built a solid foundation in corporate banking and cash management. She later joined Affin Merchant Bank, marking the start of her involvement in capital markets before joining CIMB Investment Bank Berhad, where she spent nearly two (2) decades in senior leadership roles, including Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of the Senior Bankers Group, focusing on investment banking coverage and origination activities.
