Kuala Lumpur: CIMB Bank Berhad (“CIMB”) shares a proud moment with all Malaysians, as national athletes and CIMB Brand Ambassadors, Dato’ Azizulhasni Awang and S. Sivasangari delivered outstanding victories on the world stage this past weekend.
Reflecting the strength of Malaysia’s sporting spirit, Dato’ Azizulhasni clinched the gold and bronze medals at the UCI Track Cycling World Championship in Nilai, further cementing his position among the world’s elite cyclists. Meanwhile, Sivasangari emerged as champion at the squash Grasshopper Cup in Zurich and rose to world No. 5 – a historic milestone as the first Asian player to break into the top five in over eight years.
